Community Guidelines

These Guidelines protect users and help Wasla comply with EU rules (including the DSA). Violations may lead to content removal, feature limits, or account suspension.
1. Be truthful & respectful
- No harassment, threats, doxxing, or hate based on protected characteristics.
- No misleading event titles, fake locations, or bait-and-switch pricing.
- Respect audience labels (e.g. sisters-/brothers-only) and venue norms.
2. Illegal and prohibited content / activities
Do not post or organise anything that is illegal where the event takes place or where you live, including:
- incitement to violence, terrorism, or hatred;
- child sexual abuse material or exploitation of minors;
- fraud, scams, phishing, or sale of illegal goods/services;
- IP infringement, counterfeits, or unauthorised use of brands;
- non-consensual intimate imagery;
- events that clearly endanger public safety or violate venue/licensing law.
3. Safety at events
- Hosts must choose safe, lawful venues and communicate risks clearly.
- No events primarily promoting substance abuse or illegal gambling.
- Alcohol policy labels must be honest.
4. Spam & platform abuse
- No scraping, bots that harm the Service, or circumvention of paywalls.
- No mass fake accounts or manipulation of bookings/capacity.
5. Enforcement
We may act on reports, trusted flaggers, or obvious illegal content. Actions can include removal, demonetisation/subscription blocks, and bans. Repeat offenders may be permanently excluded. See Notice & action.
6. Appeals
If you believe we made an error, email support@zerophia.com with the event URL/id and reason. We will review in good faith.
