Use this page to notify Zerophia of content on Wasla that you believe is illegal under EU/Dutch law (Digital Services Act Art. 16-style notice).
1. How to submit a notice
Email abuse@zerophia.com with:
- Exact URL(s) or event id(s) on wasla.zerophia.com.
- Description of the content and why it is illegal (cite law if known).
- Your name and email (and organisation if any).
- Statement that the notice is accurate and submitted in good faith.
- For IP claims: proof of rights where relevant.
2. What happens next
- We acknowledge receipt when contact details are provided.
- We assess the notice and may remove/restrict content or accounts.
- We may inform the content provider of the action and the basis, unless that would hinder investigations or legal obligations.
- Bad-faith or abusive notices may be disregarded.
3. Orders from authorities
Competent authorities may contact legal@zerophia.com for DSA-related orders. We will verify authenticity before acting.
